How does an order process work?

The creation of a memorial piece begins with an order, either from the pre-designed models in the shop or a custom order, through in-depth discussions via email or private message on my various social media platforms. This exchange allows me to understand your story, your expectations, and any potential constraints. Once the project is approved, the piece is handcrafted, with the timeframe varying depending on its complexity.Once payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours by email with all the necessary information to send the chosen content which will be used to create the jewelry/accessory, as well as my postal address (if you do not receive anything within the first 24 hours, please check your spam folder).Once we receive your letter, production time is estimated at between 1 and 40 days, depending on raw material stock and current orders. You will receive an email or message upon receipt of your letter to reassure you, and we will discuss the approximate processing time together.Once all the elements are gathered, I will send you a test photo of the jewelry before the official assembly (especially if it involves gluing or resin-coating) pending your approval or modification if necessary.After validation and assembly, you will receive an email when the item is shipped, including the tracking number and link depending on the selected carrier. You will receive the item within 2 to 5 business days (mainland France).

The manufacturing lead time will depend on the current organization, current orders, and raw materials in stock.Generally, from the moment we receive your materials, it can take between 1 and 30 days.If you have a reasonable deadline, feel free to let me know.

How do I send my materials?

Sending your materials (hair, teeth, etc.) takes place once the order has been placed; you will receive an automatic email (check your spam folder!!), this email will be accompanied by a downloadable PDF containing all the information needed to proceed with the sending.
