Once payment is processed, you will automatically receive an email with a downloadable PDF/order form containing all the necessary information to send the chosen materials for your jewelry creation, as well as my mailing address. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email or message confirming its arrival and reassuring you. We will also discuss the estimated production time, which varies between 1 and 40 days depending on supply availability and the complexity of the design.
