Once payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours by email with all the necessary information to send the chosen materials which will be used to create the jewelry/accessory, as well as my postal address (if you do not receive anything within the first 24 hours, please check your spam folder).

Once we receive your letter, production time is estimated at between 1 and 40 days, depending on raw material availability. You will receive an email or message upon receipt of your letter to reassure you, and we will discuss the approximate processing time together.

Once all the elements are gathered, I will send you a test photo of the jewelry before the official assembly (especially if it involves gluing or resin-coating) pending your approval or modification if necessary.

After validation and assembly, you will receive an email when the item is shipped, including the tracking number and link depending on the selected carrier. You will receive the item within 2 to 5 business days (mainland France).
